Just a few days until my sexy man and myself head out to beautiful BC and get away for a few nights just the two of us. We’ve rented a gorgeous wood cabin for our special retreat. It will be absolute heaven.
Today marks the beginning of training for me. My boyfriend’s family and I are are going to be participating in the Mud Hero race in August this year. I am very nervous about this because I am and have been for a while out of shape. So today marks the date that the training begins. While I have been working out and trying to take care of myself, today is when the real challenges begin. I need to stick to a strict routine of taking care of myself by eating right, counting calories making sure I’m feeding my body only what is necessary. That I am working out, doing cardio and weight training.
Today marks the day of change - and I am motivated and ready to stick with this change because I have a deadline date I need to be prepared by. There is no messing around anymore. I am here, and I’m in it to win it. Well, let’s not get carried away now, I’m in it to complete it!
